Assignment: 3 Months Temporary Assignment with possibility for extension Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM The Role As a Rebates & Claims Officer , you’ll be the key link between the Finance team and the company's retail partners. In this role, you will be ensuring that those check those claims match the agreed promotions, process payments, and keep the records accurate. You’ll also support reporting, reconciliations, and work with the Sales and Credit teams to resolve any issues. What You’ll Do Review claims from retailers and check they match agreed promotions Process payments and credit notes once claims are approved Keep records accurate and up to date in finance systems Support reports, reconciliations, and month-end activities Work with Sales and Credit teams to resolve issues quickly Assist with approvals for new promotions and deals About You Claims & Rebate Experience within Consumer Goods or FMCG highly desired 2 years’ experience in finance, accounts, or a similar role (claims/rebates/credit experience is a bonus) Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data Strong eye for detail and good with numbers A problem-solver who enjoys working with others Accounting studies are an advantage, but not essential Why You’ll Love It Here Hybrid Working Opportunity to work with a global, well-known brand Opportunity for extension
